At your arrival at the dock, our teams will be happy to welcome you for your formalities, the delivery of your access cards (pontoons and toilets) and are here to facilitate your stopover with us.
Please make sure you have a padlock in order to secure your water/electricity access
Clearance
In every Caribbean islands, boaters are required to declare their arrival and exit in the ports concerned by completing a document called “clearance”.
At the captaincy, the clearances are easily made on a dedicated software. The reception agents are at your disposal to complete the form.
