Our platters include whelks, pink shrimps, winkles, spider crabs, and langoustines, all delivered live and cooked fresh in our restaurant. On our menu, you can also savor Marennes d’Oléron oysters No. 3 served alone or in a complete platter. Additionally, we offer grilled chatrou (small octopus from Martinique) or local fish such as dorado, cooked or in tartare. You can also enjoy Caribbean salmon with maracuja sauce served as carpaccio. Explore other surprising seafood flavors of Martinique such as eel with parsley, or lobster and skate accompanied by capers that will delight your taste buds.
